Hello my bookish friends!
It’s been a while. I took a break from blogging for I think two weeks because I was sick– I have no choice but to rest. During those days, I did nothing other than sleep and read but hey! Even though I’m sick, I can still think and find some inspiration to write something other than book reviews, book blitz, book memes, and etc. The only thing I regret about this is that I totally forgot to write down those bookish blogs that have inspired me! I’m sorry, I’ll do better next time.
Without further adieu, here it goes!
1. The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer
2. Summer by Jenny Han
3. The Maze Runner by James Dashner
4. Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
5. The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
6. The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare
7. The Heroes of Olympus by Rick Riordan
8. The Mara Dyer Trilogy by Michelle Hodkin
9. An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
10. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
11. The Shadow and Bone Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo
12. Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor
13. Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
14. Warcross by Marie Lu
15. The Young Elites by Marie Lu
I haven’t read any books from all the book series I have included above. So, I am open to recommendations or suggestions if you have read any of these series. Thank you very much in advance!
Have you read any of these books? I’d love to know your thoughts about these! Happy reading! 🙂

I’ve read about half the series on here. I have a weakness for Cassandra Clare books, and I like the Peculiar Children books a lot, especially Map of Days.

Wow. Honestly, I’m hesitating on reading Peculiar Children because I feel like it’s not my cup of tea. Might give it a try in the future though.

They’re definitely unique, but I’m a fan of odd. Ha ha!

Hope you feel better! I’ve read the Maze Runner series and the Warcross series. I prefer Marie Lu’s Legends series!
Kimberly says
Thanks dear! I’ve read Legend too and it’s one of my favorite series so far.
Rasya says
OMG SAME! I tried reading The Lunar Chronicles but the book bored me halfway and so I DNF it.
Kimberly says
Why?? Does it have slow pacing or anything else? This is the first time I have encountered someone who doesn’t like The Lunar Chronicles. Kind of refreshing to see, thanks for sharing your thoughts! 🙂
Rasya says
I just found it boring lol. I’d give the book another try to see if I would change my mind

I haven’t read at least half of them but you have to read the mortal instruments and the infernal devices, Cassandra’s books are great!
Kimberly says
I’m excited to read Cassandra Clare’s books. What do you think I should read first, The Mortal Instruments or The Infernal Devices?
(I haven’t read any books of Clare so I’m not really sure what to read first. Haha)

I have a page all about that you can check that out on my blog. Or you can watch Emmabook’s video about it she recent updated the order.

Wow … I need to join you on this list lol! I haven’t touched most of these! The only ones I’ve read from this list are “The Mortal Instruments” (only books 1 to 3), “The Maze Runner” (only book 1), and Clockwork Angel (only that one in the series).
I have finished Six of Crows and plan to finish Crooked Kingdom this year … but it’s taking me forever to finish it lol!
Kimberly says
Welcome to the club haha 😀 just kidding. Why did you stop reading Cassandra Clare’s books?
I’m curious because I haven’t read any of Clare’s books.
Jenna @ Bookmark Your Thoughts says
Well Clare’s Mortal Instruments was originally a trilogy, then she wrote spin off books, and then decided to add more to this trilogy … but the trilogy ended PERFECTLY for me. However, I tried to get into the fourth … and it just was blah … I was already frustrated with where the story was going. I know a LOT of people LOVE this series, I have a feeling I would’ve gotten more into it if I started later when more novels where out, but the hype left me lol!

I haven’t read any of these either! However I have recently got Six of Crows from the library and I’m hoping to get to it soon! But you’re far from alone with this one😂
Kimberly says
I’m kind of glad to see that I’m not alone in this struggle. Haha.
I’m hoping to read it soon too but I’m not sure when is my “soon”. 😀

I haven’t read any of these either! Although I would say I’m not really a series person. But there are a few here that stand out!

I agree with you. Sometimes I’m not into series too because I don’t want to get “emotionally attached” to it.
Or maybe it depends on my mood, idk.
